Copy/Paste

Not sure why some people use a copy/paste response to some of the posts here, to me that does not feel too genuine. Takes a few seconds to give a personalized response or a hello without copy/pasting all the spam regarding the rules.

Totally agree with you.. If you come across anything like this you can report it to the moderators via following way:

Go to three dot menu option of every post at top right corner there will be a menu with last option as "Report Inappropriate Content"

Then a form will open where you can describe the issue which will notify the moderator.

Thanks for the feedback. As we welcome and help every day many Local Guides, we use replies that are crafted to be as clear as possible and useful to read for everyone. If you check even this kind of reply, you might see emerging different styles in replying this more "standard" messages, though.

You might find also a bit more of a personal touch coming out in posts like this one - when you can find many of us replying and uploading photos and comments.
