hi @AnitaAO! I'm Natalka Ryaba, I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine! I'm a local guide from November, 2016. 

I totaly agree with you that we have more male local guides than female. But this is not for program Google Local Guide in general. This is just about Connect. It's my opinion. I know many female Ukrainian local guides - they are very active on Google Maps but not active on Connect.
