About Points and Levels

Hello Everyone,

localguidesconnect portal is not updating my points and level.

On Google Maps I am on level 7 with 5005 points and on LocalGuidesconnect on level 6 with 4,687 points.

Please help.

I believe it is just a matter of time for Local Guides Connect to update your points and level to match Google Maps. it happened to me before, and sometimes you see your points are reduced the next day, and then restored the day after. just give it a day or two. If this problem continues, please let us know and maybe a person with more knowledge will help.
