This Igbo Traditional Meal 

looks and sounds like a delicious dish. Yuuumm. Roasted Yam with Oil Bean. I love seafood. Great brain food. 

It is so interesting to hear of the celebrations relating to the Ukpaka and cool to get this scrumptious recipe from a really good cook like you. A wonderful way to add some different flavour to our menu. 

You all look really happy too, cooking and enjoying the meal together. Thanks again for sharing.
