I can't take 360° photo by my android phone ...Although i downloaded all panorama apps.

The way to go with an Android phone is Google`s own - Google Street View app.

Links of @GeorgesHR are very helpful, but you must to remember that not every smartphone supports 360 spheres creation. If your build-in-phone camera app has a feature of spheres creation it's possible that you will be able to create spheres in any app. If not - it's possible that your phone hasn't have a gyroscope and it wouldn't be possible to take 360 spheres in any way.

So, that is an answer - your phone doesn't support spheres creation. You can only change your phone to the device that supports spheres capturing.
