Gracias @FaridTDF por compartir sobre tu visita a la ESMA con la comunidad de Local Guides. Realmente es un tema delicado y a pesar de que fue hace varias décadas, todavía nos cuesta hablar sobre esto. Nunca he visitado el museo, es una actividad que tengo pendiente pero en lo personal todavía no sé cómo referirme a esta parte tan oscura de la historia de nuestro país. A pesar de no haberla vivido, soy consciente de que las consecuencias siguen presentes hoy en día.

Es importante tocar estos temas para darnos cuenta de que lo que sucedió fue real, y tomar consciencia de que no debe repetirse nunca más.

 @ValeriaA_ en mi caso demore muchos años la visita a este sitio los sentimientos son muy complejos, ya que las consecuencias de lo ocurrido hace 30 años, todavía sigue lastimando a los Argentinos,. Soy de la idea de no tomar un partido ya que las heridas están abiertas y muchos perdieron seres queridos en esa guerra sucia. 

Pero de una cosa si estoy seguro y tengo la idea muy clara al respecto. Dentro de la justicia todo fuera de ella nada.

No importa que tan mal este todo. El estado de derecho no lo tenemos que perder de ninguna manera hay que defenderlo aunque vengan degoyando jajjajajaja. Hay que distender un poco este tema tan lugubre. 

Para poder tener un poco de criterio sobre estos temas lo mejor es leer algunos libros de historia, mirar lo tendencioso de los diarios de la época, Felipe Pigna tiene algunos interesantes,  hay documentales de History Chanel y de Natgeo que también ayudan un poco y dos películas que en mi época de universidad me ayudó un poco, "La republica pérdida" I y II . No es fácil entender el odio de algunas personas, pero si hay que aceptarlo y pensar que eso está mal se mire como se mire. La tolerancia y la reflexión tiene que ser el viento que sople en nuestras velas, en estos temas 🙂🍀👍

May we never forget all those who lost their lives in the name of war. When I was a child growing up in Ireland most days on the evening news there would be news of a bomb explosion or people being murdered in northern Ireland. It became normal to see the effects of violence on TV in our living room. On Saturday nights my Father had to go to work in northern Ireland coming from the republic and car reg of republic and having to cross the border with armed British soldiers, my Mother and I would pray all night for my Father's safe return the next morning. One time as a child I went to northern Ireland with my Mum and Dad when we got to the Border I was afraid of the soldiers with their huge guns, we had to get our of the car while they searched it. In recent years there has been peace in Northern Ireland, my children have not grown up with scenes of the aftermath of bombs or hearing that bodies from murders in northern Ireland were found not far from Dublin. And of course with Peace came the removal of the hard border and removal of British armed soldiers there. Now we wait and worry about Brexit, as the EU would rather have a hard border again, dividing The Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland and nobody wants that again.....

as I said before, last Saturday, during the European Meet-up we went to visit the two extermination camps near Krakow, on of the brutal horror of the WW2.

We arrived home testerday night, just in time to watch Liliane Segre. We learned a lot from her interview, but what makes me thinking was the final conclusion.

The most brutal things, is not the war, is not the people killed. Is the INDIFFERENCE.

Wathching TV and thinking that "it is not my business", or just says "oh, poor people" (yes, we are humans, isn't it?) and then we change the TV channel, is what give space to this kind of horrors to be repeated. Yes, "but it doesn't happen here", so it is not my responsability.

Turning the head, for watching in the other side, is the most horrible thing that we do.

Estoy de acuerdo contigo @ErmesT en la apreciación, no lo justificó pero los medios de comunicación TV - Diarios y Hoy redes sociales son un gran anesteciante social, ya que hay intereses creados para apagar esto y seguir con otras cosas. Si no como se entiende que los jóvenes y adolescentes de hoy piensen que eso nunca ocurrió, o que son cuentos de la abuela. En fin está en nosotros contarles he invitarlos a que lean historia a que vean documentales de la epoca.

Hola @FaridTDF, buen post, y bonitas fotos, aunque e visto tu álbum, me parece un lugar escraboso, por lo que representa,creo que te habrá costado hacer este trabajo y como comprendo todo esto, no en vano,padecimos una dictadura durante cuarenta años y por suerte para mi, no lo padecí, soy demasiado joven, pero tengo familiares que la an sufrido en sus carnes y es un tema que prefiero obviar, por ser demasiado doloroso, igual que las pelis de la herramienta nazi, que atrocidad de seres, un saludo afectuoso

What makes this picture important is the place where I took it, on last Saturday, during the European meet-up. Auschwitz_concentration_camp 

is one of the monuments of the memory. That's why this post from @FaridTDF is so important.

I partly agree with you, Farid, so I try to use Social Media for taking about this. Instagram is a perfect way for this (at least I hope). How is a sunset in the extermination camp? Sometimes I am very strong with my photos, I know, but I have hope...
