"Can't save your feedback right now, but please try again later"

I am using a Windows desktop PC. I am in a "Check the facts" area that is to the left of Google Maps. It is asking me "Does this place seem like spam?". I did some research and it sure looks like a valid business so I clicked "No". Then I got the message "Can't save your feedback right now, but please try again later". Well I will try again later but I think it won't work later. I assume that Google does not want my help so I won't waste my time on that any more. Is it suppose to work?

I frequently get notifications on my phone from Google Maps asking me to review edits but I don't use my phone for things like that. I found where in my desktop system I can do it but apparently Google does not work that way.

Same here as well. Almost repetitively getting this error messages while checking and approving facts
