Hi @jojo522,
I do not have further information at this moment.
By observation, the problem is now changed:
At the Maps help forum thread, it is happening in Mobile.
Now, it is happening in Desktop Maps but not in Mobile Maps.
Although the error message is the same, the problem occurs at different Maps Platform now.
I will advice you to create a new thread at Maps Help Forum, clearly stating this error only occurs at your Desktop Maps but not Mobile Maps.

Hi @jojo,
I am getting the following message when edit my old reviews in my Desk Top Map but it is not occurring in in Mobile Map as happened before as shown in earlier thread.
Your Google Account is missing your name. To continue, take 10 seconds to add a name.
By observation, the problem is not changed:
Before it was happening in Mobile.
Now, it is happening in Desktop Maps but not in Mobile Maps.
Although the error message is the same, the problem occurs at different Maps Platform now. It is very clear that this error only occurs at my Desktop Maps but not my Mobile Maps.

Hi @jojo522,
In you original post you have added contacts (name and address) of a business, which we do not encourage on Connect according to the Local Guides rules. This is why I deleted this part.
In order to understand the problem and answer accurately, please provide additional details and screenshots, as @deepakjhic already requested. Please be careful with the screenshots, we do not want any private or business information to be shared.
Thanks,
Marin
