VR Tour Creator Not working

Hello Team

last day and today i try a lot's of time add 360picture and make a virtual tour . but after upload image and description it's not working, show massage Internet connection fail . attached my desktop screen short there.

For fast response to your post kindly post your query under the street view board. I think that is the appropriate board for such post.
