Unable to add photos and reviews

Hi everyone,

I have facing a problem with adding photos and reviews for some places.is there any specific rules or something to add photos on these specific places?can any one tell me that why I'm unable to upload photos on some places.there is no option for adding photos.

Please share a link to a place you cannot add to @Bidyuts - it is likely just a shape so you can see it but isn't a place (shape with data).
