Unable to Add Photos

Hello Every one, Good Day, hope every having fun while contribute to Google Maps.

I am facing a problem while i am adding photos from my whatsapp folder in phone for a review, i have chosen the path where the photos are, after selecting the same its is showing 14 pictures on right corner top to upload, when press that my app was going in to not responding stage.

Am i doing anything wrong? please help me out.

Hello @Manoj7,

You can use the following solutions for adding photos to provide a review to Google Map -

1. Please uninstall your google map application and the reinstall the application into your mobile and then try to upload photos from your Whats App folder.

2. If solution 1 is not working then copy all the 14 photos to your phone DCMI folder / camera photo storage folder and then you will be able to see all the photos directly without choosing any sub folder to upload in review option.

May the above solution helps you to upload photos in review option.

Hi @azizsheq I don't think there will be uninstall option for Google Map in 6+ android. 

Better is that  clear data through settings. 

Also do check "is your cell phone waiting for updates?"

1. Settings >system update 
2. Settings >about phone>update

If uninstall is not possible then we can use Master Reset.

Hi @azizsheq,

I'm so sorry but please do not give suggestion which is not good for others. 

Let suppose someone use Master reset. Do you know what will be the effect of this? 

Local guide may lose their data. 

It's happened to me that's why I'm.............. 

please forgive me if you think I'm wrong.

thanks for the reply @DeepakK and @azizsheq, i have susuessfull uploaded the pictures, all my phone is in updated status only, maye be there is a network erro last time.
