This problem may happen due to low data coverage from your using net system ...

update your data speed it will automatically ok ...

@ Md ShafiulB 10 Mbps unlimited Internet plans is not enough for Local Guides Connect??

1.u can try to change your browser and use connect with other browser .

1. u can also try to update or re-install your browser ...

Because i m using connect from many browser or connection but didn't faced this kind of problem ...

Hi @SudheeshAcharya,

 

It might be a cache related issue as the post shows without problem in the platform. Try to clean the cache of your current browser, before reinstall it, or change browser as @ShafiulB suggested in his last post.

  • What device are you using?
  • What browser/application and the version of the device and browser/application?
  • Is this issue happening across all your devices (if you have multiple devices)?
