Reviews from third party sites

I am staying at this hotel

The three reviews you see at the top aren't even referring to this place!  They are from porto koufo HOTEL not porto koufo RESORT.

As I looked around for the source of the problem, I discovered that they are from a review site which isn't even Google.  THEY made the mistake and it simply carries through to Google Maps.

How do we fix it?

This happens also with pictures.

Google is extracting these informations from third party sites that, eventually, screw the system to get advantage for their listings.

There is no much we can do, as this is a complete automated process; you can report the reviews as inappropriate (as well as the images) and send a feedback inside app.

I can find no way to report the reviews.  Neither on mobile app or in browser.  I even contacted http://www.trustyou.com/ but they have not responded.

Yes, that's correct, these aren't normal reviews.

There is nothing we can do, apart of feedback inside app.
