Request to restart giving more cloud storage to local guides above a level

Being a local guide over a level can be rolling on our phones. We love helping the community but sometimes it just gets difficult for we are left we next to no storage. This is post to restart the free cloud storage program for local guides over a certain level. This can be thought of as a reward to the local guides for their continuous efforts.
