Hello @GeorgesHR
Good job on reaching out to as many as are ready to complain about a Local guide.
Out of curiousity and for those who might not have read this trail to know that you can help, is there any other way to report a Local Guide officially so that the inappropriate action and user can be handled as is required?
The question by the first complainant alsp applies - is there a nnotification that goes to the person who has been mistreated of the fix or removal of such inappropriate reviews as in his case?
Its a shame to see local guides sign up and then turn around to abuse the program.
Thank you

Hello @Lelekena,
Thanks for reaching out.
The very best way to report content is as shown below:
If you find a review or photo that you think violates Google Maps' policies, you can use the 'flag as inappropriate' icon next to the contribution or “Report a Problem” if you are using Google Maps on desktop. A team of specialists will check if it violates any policies and take any appropriate action. The review sometimes takes time as the team is careful to only remove content that violates specific policies.

Hi there @GeorgesHR
Hope you are well (and not suffering a heatwave like we are in the UK).
Would you be kind enough to please PM me, I would like to report a local guide who is abusing maps with many duplicates, some of which are even placed in ridiculous locations.
Many thanks
James

@GeorgesHR Please contact me by private message. I would like to report a Local Guide who just trolled us and left a low rating even though, as he says in the review, he has never visited our business or attempted to contact us. I reported it from the review, but am not sure if monitors would immediately see that he posted 40 reviews of places all over the US within a 24-hour period, and numerous others the day before that. It appears his main interest is to rack up points by posting random reviews of places all over the country. It was definitely not written in the spirit of the "thoughtful review" that the Local Guide program supposedly encourages.

Can you do press "Report a Problem" with a few hundred photos ?
And every day do it from Local Guide abuse for to lower your credibility and Unfair business competition when they when they insert phone number of them in photos and post to your local
