And is quickly rejected
Is it hard for me because of the sanctions? Or this is normal؟

At first glance you've entered name in wrong way. Each language should be entered in separate field. Also I guess you have also another mistakes in adding place. Also if you repeat mistakes times and times, system will reject such edits.
If besides "Not Applied" you've also pending or applied edits then you're profile status is OK and all things depends exactly to one special edit you done.
