Should Google Guides Be Allowed To Remove Places ?

few local business in my area have closed down and new fresh businesses have taken their

places but the old Google listing is still there because they was never claimed originally by the owner.

is there already a method implemented  to get the removed ?

if so could think of a better solution ? i.e vote to remove system

You can find these wrong/closed POI (businesses) on Google Maps and suggest an edit - closing.

If your suggestion will be accepted it appears on Google Maps.

Thank you for posting in connect. 

Do not use the button doesn't exist for the type of places. I'd say the best option for those POI is permanently closed.

If new owner has any kind of problem from them then you can displace them from original position to 1 mtr. Keep in mind listing must be on same terrace.
