Take a look at https://goo.gl/maps/gM5bwTmBNNT2 it's a legitimate business but the location is the corporate office for a pub company with no regular customer contact here so it's surprising to see any reviews at all let alone 117. Now look at the reviews and reviewers themselves. Comments are generally nonsense and most reviewers have only ever made one or two contributions.
Taken individually any one review/reviewer might be ignored, but en masse this clearly looks fake.
As is stands the only option for a map user is to flag each review individually (there is no easy way to flag 'the reviewers'). It's not really reasonable to expect map users to go through the process 117 times. There needs to be an easy way to flag this altogether.
FYI some months ago I raised the issue of an entire network of fakes (flower shops/reviewers/reviews), these are still live on the map deceiving customers by redirecting phone calls. They could be closed in a matter of hours if the problem of fakes was taken seriously
