@JeslynL Hi Jeslyn, hope you are well. This happened to me before as well once. Any chance there could be some notification via an email or LG Connect itself to notify a person that his/her post has been marked as spam and provide some options how the person can verify that it's not a spam? This would be very helpful. Thanks
Hi @IvanLondon, community members are not notified for posts marked as spam. We have both automatic spam filters in place here on Connect in addition to the ability for Local Guides to flag posts to moderators for consideration along with moderators having the ability to remove posts. The team keeps a close eye on posts that are marked as spam and release those that are not. Typically, posts get released within 24 hours (a little bit longer for weekends).
Hi @IvanLondon and @ShafiulB. We will not be able to share with you why your posts were marked as spam (f we did that, everyone would get around our spam management tools) and if they are not spam, they will be released within 24 hours, as @JeslynL noted. As Connect evolves, our spam filters and management processes will, too. 🙂
