How many moderator are You employed on Local Guides Connect 

we find it a bit sad to do any post here when it is removed dicrecktly

after we have edited some wrong spelling without letting us know why

we are not dealing with Spam ?

We are also moderator on 2 forums and we usually discuss if a post are  relevant or not

in the secret room behind the public forum Spam are mostly deleted with filters 

when we find a post irrelevant we sent the member a PM with info about this

to let him or her understand
