I lost over 70 points and went from a 4 to 3. I had already redeemed my cloud storage and its still there but its been 2 weeks and they have not been restored. It was mostly pictures. Some of them were a gray circle with a white dash in the middle and i couldnt see the picture. None of the pictures violated the terms and almost all were the outside of businesses.
is there a contact at guides I can talk to this about?
