Issue still not resolved: All photos, videos have been removed

Hi Google Team,

 

I'm reporting this again and again - I was on level 10, all my photos and videos got removed recently. Don't know what may be the reason. Now I'm downgraded/demoted to level 7. I was a master photographer, but now I have to unlock photography, trailblazer in my badges. Pl explain.
