Is there a way to collect storage space for being a level 7 master photographer?

I've contributed to a level of 7 but never redeemed any storage upgrades and was just wondering if Google would honor the old promotion?

Sir as that Promotion has been ended by March, 2017 we can't redeem that but we hope that types of promotion may be available in future we also want as you
