Is it possible to add a non permanent place to Google Maps?

Such as food stalls who open in the car park area of other premises? I saw some places were added already as a cafe. It's misguided although I don't mean to kill their biz. Maybe it's better to give a proper options for them, eg: food stalls which can sell anything from food, fashion products till house wares? There are also flat tire service, which is pretty important information for locals etc. etc......

@Sandra1961 mobile food trucks are not permitted by themselves, as their location changes throughout the day. However, here in the USA and other parts of the world there are dedicated locations where food trucks can park for extended periods of time each day, and are equipped with restrooms, tables and other amenities for the convenience of the patrons. In those cases, the "Food Truck Park" as their called, can be added, under the category (at least in US English) "Food Court"

You're right!

These kind of special business is quiet difficult to appreciate as trucks always move.

In France we call them Marchand ambulant (Traveling merchant ?)

But the problem (in France) is that some of them have permanent place entire year and other several locations .

Can you find any on Google Map, @BoyScout? If you do, under which category?

As well as the food truck, we do have street food stalls or pop up cafe which open in front of other permanent premises. Most likely they stay there permanently, some open after the biz which own the place closing time, some open together along with the main biz which own the place.

Re: Is it possible to add a non permanent place to Google Maps?

@BoyScout we had some of these mobile vendors set up permanent here in Texas, to the point of taking the tires off of their vehicle, having permanent electric lines and water lines ran and so forth. This put them in trouble with health and safety, since they had to meet specific requirements if they were permanent, which as a business that was supposed to be mobile they cannot, likewise since they could not go to a central "commissary" (business that is equipped to service these mobile food trucks) for required cleaning and inspection, they couldn't meet the requirements for being a mobile vendor.

It forced many of them to close their business, find a more permanent structure, or return to being mobile again. In any of those situations, again even if they park there nightly, they still have to pack up and leave at some point for cleaning and service, usually leaving no trace of their existence behind, thus disqualifying them from being listed on maps.

@Sandra1961 @MWJones

Hola.
