Hallo world ,
Google My Business is a wonderful option for a business owner . This business owners are the real people to have the answer for any problem of the customer .
but this business owner is getting notified by mail about the review on real time but unfortunately this reply to the Local Guides , Customer is not reaching any where .
It is reflecting only on the map . But it must be notified to the Reviewer.
My recomentation is to have a notification send by phone or mail to the customer . Then only this will be a effective communication .

Google employees will not write you "we agree with your feedback, you are right, we improve it in the month and it will be done". It doesn't work like that.
Your feedback is very valuable and is collected in a database, aggregate with other feedback about need of such a feature. If the Team decides that such a feature is needed, it will be added to "to do" list/roadmap with high or middle or low priority. But it's almost 100% chance that you never get a reply or questions about "your feedback" from Google. Simply - someday it will be implemented (or not ;)
