Form from noreply-local-guides fill up issue

Hi,  All

I got a mail from  noreply-local-guides

And, there is a form to fill up.

BUT!! I messed it up. Q_Q

I filled wrong answer.

So, I want to change my answer but the form is only available once.

It show that i have to contact the form owner.

How can I do ?

Title of the mail is "您能保守秘密嗎?" 

It mean "Can you keep a secret?" 

The form is about "Invited to participate in a program"

Ok, @WuBeeBee let's be careful that the message is genuine. Since it has a "secret" can you please copy the text from the email and paste into a PM for me? That will give me an idea if it is a genuine message.
