Ich installiere immer alle Updates und Upgrades, sobald sie mir angezeigt werden. Außerdem überprüfe ich jeden Morgen und jeden Abend im PlayStore nach Updates für Apps. Und wenn sie sind, lade ich sie sofort herunter und installiere sie. Das mache ich mit all meinen Geräten und das ist meine Geräte- und Softwarewartung. Ich nehme das sehr ernst. Deshalb passiert es mir nie, dass meine Apps eine veraltete Version haben. Es sei denn, es gibt eine Verzögerung im PlayStore - ich habe keine Kontrolle darüber. Aber jetzt ... es ist vorbei. Es gibt nur Stille. Ich mache weiterhin jede Woche Beiträge. Ich habe die letzte E-Mail für meine Beiträge am 4. Juli erhalten! Ich hätte also zweimal eine solche E-Mail erhalten müssen - aber sie blieben weg. Nur weil. Ich habe die Benachrichtigungseinstellungen nicht geändert, alle drei Arten von E-Mails sind weiterhin aktiviert. Ich änderte nichts und es kam immer und plötzlich aufgehört. Und alle anderen E-Mails kommen, auch von der Telekom und von Microsoft, alle E-Mails kommen - nur Google Maps Local Guides fehlen. Google Assistant hat immer noch E-Mails. Von Google Play Musik und PayPal - sie kommen alle. Nur diese eine Art von E-Mail - das bleibt draußen. - Vor etwa einem Jahr habe ich das Gleiche erlebt: Ohne dass ich etwas geändert habe, hörten die E-Mails auf meinen Beiträgen plötzlich auf. Es dauerte 1/2 Jahr und ich war sehr traurig. Es tat so weh, diese Stille! Dann lernte ich Ata Ur Rehman Khan kennen und erzählte ihm von meinem Problem und er empfahl mir, Folgendes zu tun: Gehe zu den E-Mail-Einstellungen auf der Seite Lokaler Weg und entferne die Häkchen von allen drei Arten von E-Mails und speichere dann Setzen Sie das Häkchen für alle drei Arten von E-Mails wieder ein und speichern Sie es erneut. Ich habe es so gemacht - und eine Woche später bekam ich wieder die E-Mails !! Oh mein Gott! Nach einem halben Jahr! Ich war so glücklich! Jetzt bekomme ich diese E-Mails wieder für ein halbes Jahr - und jetzt plötzlich nicht mehr! Ich erinnerte mich an Atas Ratschlag. Letzte Woche, Donnerstag oder Freitag, habe ich dasselbe gemacht wie vor einem halben Jahr. Ich habe in den Einstellungen alle 3 Arten von E-Mails wieder deaktiviert, alle 3 Arten von E-Mails gespeichert und wieder aktiviert und wieder gespeichert. ... Wenn es wieder gelungen wäre, hätte ich heute spätestens wieder eine solche E-Mail erhalten müssen. Aber da war Stille von dieser Seite. Stille wieder. Also war Atas Vorgehen diesmal nicht erfolgreich. Ich hatte bemerkt, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt des Problems vor einem Jahr auch andere Local Guides betroffen waren. ... Ich habe versucht, das Problem jetzt ziemlich klar zu erklären - ich hoffe es ist verständlich, weil Englisch nicht meine Muttersprache ist. Ich habe das Problem vor einem Jahr im Google Maps-Hilfeforum gemeldet, weil ich so verzweifelt war. Da sprach man dann von einem größeren Problem - selbst der Helfer des Forums selbst war betroffen, er bekam die E-Mails nicht mehr von sich! If it had succeeded again, I would have had to receive such an e-mail again latest today. But there was silence from this side. Silence again. So Ata's procedure did not succeed this time. I had noticed that at that time of the problem one year ago, also other Local Guides were affected. ... I reported the problem to the Google Maps Help Forum one year ago because I was so desperate. There one spoke then of a larger problem - even the helper of the forum itself was affected, he did not get the E-Mails any longer by himselves!
