Can't add hours to place

Photo, apparently. Google is experimenting with pulling opening hours from these photos (BTW where is this experiment now?) but since it appears that these points have no opening hours listed at all, such a photo would not have any "editing effect" anyway.

For some reason I cannot seem to find the option to add hours for a car servicing business. The exact category listed is "Car Service". I wanted to suggest an edit but there is no "add hours" option available. Can someone advise why this may be the case?

Thanks, @acfraenkel, it's indeed weird. I was hoping to find a reason but I am also stumped. The place is claimed and verified but that should not be the reason - and their website clearly says their opening hours.

I understand the idea behind the restriction for churches but don't get why this same restriction seems to apply for a shop for milk-products (https://goo.gl/maps/gvDAJZPr7y52). Does anyone know?
