I would like a very subtle indicator of a character counter, like the one currently on Twitter that everyone seems to hate (small circle that gradually goes full circle) and doesn't show how many characters you have. I made a visual example here.

It's much easier to differentiate between artificially longer reviews and reviews that are genuine and comprehensive, in contrast to all your reviews that are just "Good" or "Nice", which gives me fury.

I also haven't seen the bonus points either in my own hands.

This is definitely a good feedback @ProfArunCM. I think it would be nice to see a character counter while writing reviews. Moving this to the feedback and requests board so it's more visible to the LG team 🙂

I know this is part of new badge system but my request is to add Character Counter at the time we write review.
