New: see all your questions and answers in one place

Have you tried asking questions and adding answers about places on Google Maps? People around the world have been sharing their knowledge with this fun new feature, and it just got a useful update. Now, you can see all the questions you’ve asked and answers you’ve added in the Your contributions tab on Google Maps for Android.

• Open the Google Maps app for Android
• Go to the menu on the top left and select Your contributions
• Tap Q&A

Really nice! I hope users will start using Q&A correctly! Actually we find reviews, complaints and any odd request... like directions 🙂 Local Guides should try to educate users on Q&A.

I too hope that someday people will learn how to use correctly the Q&A feature. I've once seen someone who posted an awkward question in a shopping mall, trying to contact the business owners to apply for a job... I gently explained him that Maps isn't the right place to find a job. Another common misuse of the Q&A feature, which is really annoying, is when people ask questions in a Cinema to know the show times. Some time ago, I was receving every day at least one notification from someone who wanted to know the show times in a nearby cinema, and every answer to those questions was either "I don't know" or "check the cinema website". Therefore, I decided to post a question in which I said that it isn't the cinema staff to answer the questions (the business wasn't even claimed at that time) and that no one knows the show times. My question received a lot of upvotes, and to this day it is still the first question that Maps shows when you search for that cinema. Since that day no one ever asked a question again!

It is a wonderful features which I think people should start Unitas this will be of great help. To Q&A is always a way of learning, when read though I learn from people's mistakes and how they are able to solve it etc. Above all its another way of learning, unlearn and relearn

I don't find count increasing after adding a question. Instead answering a question counts. Is this a problem @HelloJess? Or it's same for all.

This is pretty awesome! I love features that make viewing progress easier. As a few people said above, a "sort photo by views" option would be awesome in the mobile app.
