“There are plenty of perfect spots to watch the boats and gondolas racing each other up and down the waterway. You can't really claim that you have been to Venice unless you have crossed the bridge a couple times,” says Local Guide Samuel Leung.

“They’ve made good efforts to make it wheelchair accessible, and recently I went there with a relative who uses a wheelchair. Aside from the fact this is an important and beautiful temple in its own right, I didn’t want my family to miss out on the wonderful views over Kyoto from the temple,” says Local Guide Tiphaine M M.
