mapping large buildings

I think google map service will be more popular and famous and better if Google adds a feature to map internal structure of buildings. as an example , we want to find a ward of hospital in very large building,we really find it very difficult find them.but providing a feature tomap these buildings people will easy ro find them because Google. thank you and vote it and make it a reality.
