add street food stall/cart category

where i live, street food makes up a huge portion of eating. there are vendors who have been coming to the same place, serving the same delicious food, on the same schedule, for many years. yet there's no category for them on google maps. 

if you don't know an area and are looking for something to eat, you won't see these on google maps, and you'll be less likely to visit them. it seems so unfair to disadvantage these small businesses, which are predominately local and family-owned.
