View History of a listing

Under the old Map Maker system, there was the ability to view the history of a business listing, allowing editors to trace activity done by spammers and vandals, thus giving a point of reference to revert back to the legitimate listing. It also served as a means of identifying the spammer, thus making reporting their malicious activities to the appropriate persons at Google easier.

My idea is to add the ability to view the history, so again the Local Guides can step up and act as spam fighters, and thus help guide spam away from the map.
