country wise provide current diesel price, current petrol price and current toll tax. This facility is very useful for people who are planning to move their vehicle by road between various cities.

Provide toll booth information.How many ways are there to go toll booths? How much is toll tax? Is the toll booth a quick way? Giving that information

Google will tell you where tolls are and how to avoid them, but not how much a toll costs / how much a trip will be in tolls (say "Atlanta to NYC"). And it would be great if it could give rates of transponders and cash.

Other services already do this, so Google Maps could offer those services as well.

Just to let you know, there would be another post with a similar suggestion, Traveling cost, people who are planning to move their vehicle by road between various cities.

Follow up to that, the current idea would be moved there for further convenience of adding suggestion and opinions.

Hi, I have an idea I am not sure of application method, why don’t you have settings to input fuel price, fuel consumption for user specific car/model and toll gates cost -in same country- per trip in google maps. Google maps to process such data and suggest the cheaper route.

in case google maps advised to go through toll gates because it is -for example- almost same price comparing to toll free roads. This may save 15-20 KM of trip, fuel consumption, time and save environment.
