Showcase / Promote of Local Guides to Businesses

I understand that giving a review is simply a voluntary exercise and goodwill from the local guide. And currently, Google is giving perks in the form of badges. I think the higher the quality of our review and rank (level), we should at least get noticed by businesses. Perhaps to the level than we can monetize our review as well (similar to YouTube views, Instagram followers etc). Is this a good idea? I.e. showing some stats of top reviewers, or new promising local guides, how many people have viewed (in total) all your reviews. This will help promote more people to become guides, make a business out of it, and make quality reviews. Just like the Google algorithm for SEO and Adwords etc.
