Now when reporting a missing road or a wrongly placed road, google maps just asks users to point out where the problem is with a single marker.

My suggestion is a feature for users to draw/drag where the road should be placed or to where the road should be corrected

What you are suggesting existed in the past by the name" Google Map Maker ". But it was officially closed on March 31, 2017.

I too agree with you and want Google Map Maker to reboot because i have had a negative experiance with a report that i wish to share here, i gave a report on Dr Palpu Rd At Amrita Nagar, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala 682024. After the edit was published, i took a look at it and said to myself that i should have not reported it because it was way too messed up now.

I totally agree with you @Rahul_Suresh they should either reboot the program or just add the feature into google maps itsself.

Follow up to that, at the moment the idea's status would be changed accordingly.
