Require all Posts to Include Text

Hi there, 

It's very possible this idea has already been brought up or addressed (or at least thought about by the Google team when concepting this site), but I find that a vast majority of posts in all sections of the Connect forum are people posting photos without any context or description. A lot of them are spam, but I would wager some users just don't know any better. 

Making a few characters of text mandatory for all posts may lead to a lot of "this is my photo" and nothing more, but isn't even that better than nothing at all? 

Just a thought. 🙂
