Provide offcial answers for FPI (Frequently Posted Ideas)

How about providing a section with 'official' answers from Googlers for questions/ideas that keep popping up? Other local guides could then use links to those answers to help the people how posted an FPI.

Examples of what I consider to be Frequently Posted Ideas:

• Please give us an ID card
• Please provide t-shirts
• Please pay us some money
• Please make an app

We could then also tag a moderator with the suggestion to close the Idea once the answer has been provided.
