Power search for Local Guides

I want to suggest a "power search" capability for local guides that provides more advanced search options such as:

• find POIs that already have a website, but not a telephone number 
• show all POIs with name X (or name containing/beginning with X) that do not have category Y
• a way to find some literal combination of characters (e.g. to find common spelling errors)
• show all POIs in a particular street where the address does not start with that street name (if the house number that was entered is not just 1 number, part of it sometimes ends up being displayed in front of the street name - in the areas where I make most of my edits the street name is placed in front of the house number)
• find POIs that do not have a picture yet

It would be a great add-on for my earlier suggestion to build a "Local guide"-mode for Google Maps.
