Education and experience for level up of Local Guide

I made an opinion for Googler at Connect Live Tokyo 2018, that all perks would be good for guide experience and educational opportunities. How wonderful we can have various learning and experiences about it free of charge.

• Admission to school perks
• Perks to take classes for free
• Tourism cost perks
• Perk for traffic
• Perks related to watching movies, books, arts, musics and videos
• Perk of photographic equipment
• Cooperative perks with National Geographic etc

I heard opinions from various people. Many guides feel that they need perks. But there are also strict guides that think perks are unnecessary for selfless service. There seems to be a way of thinking that Western culture donation culture is mutual with service. On the other hand, in Japan, there seems to be a way of thinking that service is unilaterally offered. Therefore, I imagined that if perks are related to the activity of the local guide, growing guides, and increasing the knowledge that can be reflected to the map, there will be more guide convinced. There will be no one negative to education.

In addition, educational expenses are the most savings in people's living expenses. It is worthwhile to support. For that distant future, people who can not receive education may have a Local Guide as a gateway. By receiving education it is possible to indirectly increase the income of the guide.

Hello guys I'm local guide Level up in 6 , I think Google need to bring more updates in Google maps and reviewing system . 

Also regarding Perks I personally feel above 5 guide have the right to get appreciation certificate  from Google team & entry to submit as because of us google map is what it is today !

The contribution of the local guide is due to the feedback of that person's experience and knowledge. It is an intellectual volunteer activity. Level up I say is about them. I do not mention directly about the level-up system as a local guide, but the level will rise as long as the experience and knowledge become abundant.

Я считаю что нужно усложнить отбор в гугл местные эксперт и местный гид проходить предварительный тест анкетирование и сдавать экзамен тогда повысится ценность этих слов и людей! А также   выплачивать  за достойные идеи вознаграждение!

Я просто рекомендую вам, прежде чем отправлять идеи поискать их в сообществе. Вполне возможно, что кто-то другой уже представил этот же вариант, поэтому вы можете выразить свою поддержку, проголосовав за эту идею.

Также обратите внимание, что команда Local Guides пока не планирует денежно компенсировать вкладчикам Google Maps за их вклад в Google Maps.

In modern times, there are many things that are more useful than cash. The most important one is educational opportunities. By providing education from Google, both sides will be able to have higher activities. I do not discuss how the partnership between Google and educational institutions will be made here. I've always had this in mind too. It will be a great motivation and I bet a lot of people will appreciate the gifts. I just hope no abuse of some sort creep in at some point.

1. Goggle gifted the tourism package to all the local guide who is 6 or more level. It also proved a certified certificate to all local guides.
