Many of us are stuck inside due to some sort of disability, whether it is depression, vision loss, caring for a loved one, weather, what ever the case, I recently found myself doing free online courses. it helps me to actually have a reason to get up and learn different things. Webinars from mindvalley are great also. Recently listened to an aromatherapy webinar. Instead of feeling like you cannot do something, try this. I try to do as much as I can. I am legally blind, suffer from chronic pain which leads to depression and anxiety. I have to keep my mind busy to block the bad things and let all new things that I learn to help me. I know around the holidays many people get stressed, this will help you to calm your mind
