Option to flag photos as 'No longer shows the current situation'

We have a number of predefined options to choose from when flagging a photo or video as inappropriate, but one that I would like to use from time to time is not there. Obviously there is always 'Others' + the field to type extra comment, but it is clear that the additional effort needed there will result in less problems submitted.

The option I would like to add is 'No longer showing the current situation', to be used for pictures that might be high-quality, relevant and respecting all privacy regulations, but show the business in a way that was correct in the past, but no longer is today (e.g. after a renovation of the storefront by the exisitng business owner).
