[Mobile Phone] Create a notification when photos or videos are successully uploaded or not

I noticed that Google Maps app is not giving any notification when a photo or video is successfully uploaded or not. Having a notification will help us  identify which file needs to reupload. This feature will also help us to prevent uploading duplicate files.
