Road editing should be possible.

It should be possible to edit and add road sections as it was in Google map maker. At the moment it is only possible to this with the feedback Formular. The review process is to long and the quality of maps is getting worther day by day.

Dear Reviewer, hope all's well.

Thank you for constantly improving Maps.

Yes, in our hometown, Busselton, Western Australia, many roads are missing from Google Maps, mostly in new residential areas with low traffic volume. Some of the missing roads are 3 years old. Google seems to be able to keep up to date with high traffic roads.

The current Maps send feedback for new roads has been hit and miss so far. It would be great to have good tools for suggesting line edits so we can help keep Maps up to date.

The main Maps users to benefit from up to date maps are:

*Residents who will be able to navigate home

*Everyone else who needs directions to those new residential areas. Visitors, workers and service area businesses, such as home construction teams and delivery drivers. 

We recently noticed that all the online map platforms are also out of date for many new residential roads in our area, with three exceptions: Bing Maps, Here Maps and Open Street Maps. Each has user contributed road edits, except Bing which sources Here. Please give us good tools to rectify this 🙂

Yes  we need that. In big cities in Poland that roads are constantly being closed or build its very needed.

もしもこのデータをGoogleマップから投稿できるのであれば、地図に載っていない道路を通るだけで正確な道路データを投稿できるでしょう。

このカメラに限らず、Googleマップが各社のGPS Logger のデータを読み込む機能を有することで、航空写真および衛星写真より判読不可能な森の中の道路や、登山道でさえもGoogleマップに反映させる事が容易となるでしょう。

His post was not so laconic like first in that thread.  It was good description of the problem.
