Make "Add Review" and "Add Photo" in App available for Iranian users

As we discussed a lot before, in Iran, we can not use direct way in Google Maps application to rate or review places or add photos to them.

For example this is one old thread in this case: Contributing problem for Iranians

And this caused less reviews on places in Iran rather than similar places in other parts of the world.

It also caused many unwanted (or even wanted!) spams because using indirect way by users that I've discussed here: Unavailability of reviewing in Iran cause to spams

We can add reviews and photos by browser but all problems are about app both on android and iOS.

Because adding reviews and photos for places on the map aren't against US restrictions, I think it would be good if Googlers troubleshot this issue to find the reason and solve it and make it possible for Iranian users to rate, review and add photos also by Google Maps App.

We all appreciate the efforts in this case.

I guide many people about using Google Maps, but when I want to discuss that they can't leave a review or rate a place by mobile app, I really can't justify it!

More than 50% of web searches being done by mobile phones in Iran, and if you enable this for Iranian users, we can spread using Google Maps for people.

When they see their actions (photo, rate, and review) is effective, they will use the App more and more.

امیدوارم این خصومت بی جا از بین بره و محدودیت ها برداشته بشه

محدودیت هایی مثل

1. عدم امکان درج نظر در برنامه گوگل مپ
2. عدم امکان درج عکس در برنامه گوگل مپ
3. عدم امکان درج ویدئو در برنامه گوگل مپ
4. عدم امکان استفاده از نقشه آفلاین ( بظاهر این مشکل برطرف شده)
5. عدم امکان استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای نقشه (بظاهر این مشکل هم برطرف شده)
6. عدم امکان استفاده از Location history

امیدوارم تمامی این محدودیت ها برداشته بشه و قابلیت فرمان های صوتی در بخش navigation فارسی هم افزوده بشه
