Language option in setting

I use English language in my phone but I want to change language of Maps in its setting without changing system language .

Why GMpas language cannot be change for Android menu ¿?

Why it has to be changed from GMmaps for Windows ??

Why my writing appearing strike out characters ¿?

This is definitely a must-have feature. I hope the team should consider this. We had similar feature on Google Map Maker.
