Improvements for sorting options - Status changed to: In progress

In Connect I can sort for:

All posts

• all posts of a particular category in the order of their publication

Recent

• the same order like all posts with the restriction that they are published in the last month

Trending

• the most discussed posts of the last month

Category specific

• depending of the category you can filter for more specific topics here

There is no option to sort the posts by the date of the last comments. While this is the default in the most communities as well in Connect 1.0, I am used to this. Please implement this option too!

I was just starting an idea about it and found this. Earlier I had posted same idea but our google modearator IrrPavlova merged that idea with a different idea. I requested her in the end of weekend to separate it but there is no responce till date.

Thanks @deepakjhic but my idea was a little premature at that moment, and anyway was somekind implemented. This is more articulated and I'm glad it was immediately accepted by @MegS 🙂 Hope will be implemented soon! Thanks @LudwigGermany for your proposal.
