Holding everyone's reviews to a standads

I think it's time we begin allowing other local guides to rebut other reviews. Not to turn the reviews into a public debate forum, but I grow tired of the ever increasing amount of 1-star reviews left with zero justification. On top of this, there are many instances where reviews are blatantly manufactured.

Is there a way to report profiles for abuse? Is there a way to report reviews for integrity? I've just recently read a review by a local guide proclaiming "Stopped in. They saw me. Slammed door to hide what they were doing. Place seems shady. Probably normal biker shady behavior. My $$$ walked away. Shady business shouldn't be more important than actual business or else it's monkey business. Use this info as you see fit. " yes, this is a real review. I know the business well, and it has very good reviews from other customers. 

This is one among many I would label as highly questionable, and dishonest. Not only that, it is not necessarily a review, but merely their own ranting. 

What can be done to combat this behavior that is not constructive whatsoever.

Hello @CoupDeGrace you can report users by tagging a Google moderator in your post (@ + moderator name), then he or she will send you a PM with further instructions.

@JanVanHaver thanks for the response. Where do I locate a list of moderators? Maybe this is better navigated on a computer, but I don't have access at the moment.
