Deletions are edits too! Please provide points

Currently, when a listing is deleted for other than "Closed" the app will report that +5 points was awarded, but the points are actually not awarded (it seems that the point balance goes down when the edit, along with the listing is permanently deleted).

Since deletion is a valid course of action for cleaning up duplicates and fighting spam, should we not be rewarded for it?
